I'm not happy with my order, please can I have a refund?
If you have simply had a change of heart, no hard feelings! You are welcome to return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Please return the products to us in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc). If your item is particularly heavy or fragile, please contact us for advice on returning.
Please note that the costs of returning your item(s) must be paid for by you. At your request and for your convenience, we can provide you with a return label to simplify the shipment process. We will inform you what the return shipment costs will be and that the return shipping cost will be deducted from any eligible refund. We recommend using a trackable service and obtaining proof of postage.
We are unable to accept returns on personalised, made-to-order, or sale products.
My order has arrived damaged or faulty, can I have a refund?
If a product has arrived damaged or faulty, please return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it. We'll arrange a refund or for a replacement product to be sent to you. For UK orders, we will pay the cost of returning the item(s) to us.
How long will my refund take?
Once you have made contact with us, we will confirm acknowledgment that you wish to return a product(s) and provide you with a returns number. Please return the products to us within 14 days of receiving a returns number.
We'll check your return and, if everything's OK, refund it within 14 working days.
